Bird Games for Extra Practice

These games are a fun way to review bird names at home. In the Birds & Animals Go Fish game, players can try guessing the name of the bird before asking for the card. Bird Bingo helps kids connect each bird’s name with what it looks like.

Bird Identification Resources

The Cornell Lab of Ornithology is a great website, where you can listen to recordings of different bird songs and calls. They also have a free app called Merlin Bird ID that helps identify birds by sound or photo. Both are excellent tools for practicing bird identification at home.
